Favorite MATLAB Demonstration

My favorite MATLAB demonstration was the "Viewing a Penny" demo. I found it extremely interesting because of its real-life application in the U.S. mint and how MATLAB can be utilized as a 3D imaging software, showing the different topographical aspects of an object, like the penny in this example. The demo showed me how MATLAB can be used in more diverse ways than I once thought.
