MATLAB Demonstrations

My favorite MATLAB demonstration was the one that showed different ways to visualize the surface of a penny. I thought that it was interesting because each visualization technique showed a different aspect of what the surface data of a penny looks like. I thought that the contour plot of the penny was the most interesting visualization technique because it showed the different textures of the penny very well.
