Demonstration: I found the 3-D plots demonstration to be the best. Often 3-D graphs are quite difficult to visualize, but the sample images of the graphs were quite clear. The Matlab plotting functions also seemed quite versatile as there were ways to color in the graph to indicate contour lines. The explanation of the syntax was quite helpful in understanding the way the commands work and methods of applying them to real-life scenarios.
