My favorite MATLAB demo was definitely the 3D plots because they were so cool looking! I'm a sucker for pretty colors. I also really liked the 3D drawing because I may have gone nuts with it and the Earth's Topography because I think it is so cool that the dimensions of the entire globe can be so perfectly accurate in such a tiny representation because the globe isn't physically there, but the information is. I also had a ball with the sliding puzzle. The most interesting one was probably the earthquake data because it was intriguing to see all the different ways the exact same data could be approached and still be new and relevant.
