MATLAB Demo Homework

My favorite MATLAB Demo is about 3-D Surface Plots. I was interested in this demo at the outset because while doing research with my mentor back in high school, I realized how 3-D surface plots could enable one to find the optimum combination between two sets, and to simplify relationships between large data sets. The demo showed that creating surface plots was relatively simple by using a matrix to relate parametric equations.
