Favorite MATLAB Demonstration

I really enjoyed playing around with the 3-D surface plot demonstration. It is very amazing how many complex visualizations MATLAB can do. With only pen and paper, I would never be able to fully visualize 3-D graphs. Also, MATLAB offers a variety of ways of presenting the graphs: color coding, surface type, and much more.
