My name is Ian Hall (E-ann H-awl) and I moved from Chester Springs, PA to Duke where I am pursuing a career in Engineering. I look forward to using all the open doors Duke is giving me to help me be successful in life.

Dreams

• While enrolled at Duke University, I hope to work on various research projects in the Medical Department where I can work with cancer research. Last year I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Disease and because of that obstacle that I had to overcome, I am now pursuing a career in research to help those in need.
• By age 50, I hope to be financially stable and be able to retire in the Caribbean.
• Happily married and having 2 kids, I hope my life is perfect

Favorite Demo

My favorite demo in EGR would probably have to be the Price Is Right Game where we guess the cost of the certain items. It was really fun to see how long it took to get the exact value of the item and see how the program was able to choose a value and time how long it takes to guess the exact value.
