My favorite demonstration was the Traveling Salesman demo. In High School, I made my own Traveling Salesman project, but on a much smaller scale. In this demo, you can choose up to fifty cities and optimize the route between the cities. The lines from point to point start off all jumbled, but slowly become optimized to show the quickest route. I thought the visual representation of what was happening in the code was very cool and interesting.
