How to make the best scrambled eggs
Ingredients needed:
- Cooking oil
- Egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano (the secret ingredient)
Steps:
- Get your pan. Set it on the stove and put about half a tablespoon of oil into the pan. Turn the heat on to medium-high.
- While the oil is starting to heat up, quickly crack an egg in a bowl and whisk until egg white and yolk are blended together.
- Pour the egg into the pan and use a spatula to shift the egg around if necessary and to make the egg actually scrambled.
- When the egg is halfway cooked, put in a pinch of salt, a generous pinch of pepper, and a pinch of oregano. Feel free to put more in. Make sure to continually scramble the eggs to disperse the spices evenly into the egg.
- Turn off the heat when egg is a nice yellow color. Enjoy!
Serving suggestion: Eat with ketchup, tabasco, and/or plain.
