Favorite Demonstration

My favorite demonstration is the one on 3D graphing. After having taken multivariable calculus, I know how frustrating and difficult it can be to have to draw 3D figures by hand. Therefore, it was nice to learn how I can use MATLAB to make my graphs for me.
