Jaedyn Francovich is a student at Duke University. She is still undecided in her major, but she is interested in engineering and is transferring into the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke. She really enjoys going to Duke, and talking in the third person. She hopes that while at Duke she will become more mature and professional.

My hobbies include:

- Drawing and ceramics
- Watching sci-fi and comedy series
- Taking naps
- Learning about animals
- Spending time with friends
- Going to the gym a respectable amount

MatLab Demonstration
Earth's Topography
My favorite MatLab demo was the Earth's Topography because it was more simple than I expected. First you just needed to load an already made data set of the altitude and colormap of the Earth's topography. Next a flat sort of map was plotted on a coordinate grid, then the color was added, and finally it was made into a sphere that looked like the globe. How cool is that??
