My favorite demonstration is the Teapot, which is under 3-D Visualization. This demonstration allows the user to alter the appearance of a teapot by changing the lighting, the color scheme, the resolution, and other characteristics of the figure. I think it is really interesting to see how MATLAB is able to create three dimensional representations on a computer display. I also liked that the demonstration allowed me to change some of the variables and to see the effect of those changes on the image of the teapot. This demonstration is my favorite because I want to understand how programs in MATLAB can be written to create such three dimensional images.
