About Me:

My name is Amy Vitha and I am from Long Island, New York. I went to Hewlett High School, and have been dreaming of going to Duke since Freshman year. I look forward to exploring all that Duke has to offer in the next four years. I think I am interested in pursuing Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering at Duke, though I'm not entirely sure. I am enrolled in EGR90, so hopefully by the end of the semester I will have it figured out. Outside of the classroom I am a member of DukePaws, and I plan to join Club Tennis and DSG, and write for the DukEngineer magazine.

MATLAB Demonstration

My favorite MATLAB Demonstration was Minesweeper because I used to play it all the time when I was younger. It's incredible to know that I am learning a program that can replicate that game. I never really understood the applications of MATLAB coding, but after seeing the different demonstrations, especially Minesweeper, I understand the potential that coding in MATLAB has.
