MATLAB Demonstration

My favorite MATLAB demonstration is the 3-D Surface Plots demonstration. This demonstration opens up an app that allows users to look at a 3-D surface plot and play around with certain aspects of it. For instance, users may manipulate the plot type, shading, colormap, and axis. I enjoyed this demonstration because it gave me an interactive way to explore the different styles of 3-D plotting, while also showing me what the different codes would look like in the command window.
