Favorite MATLAB Demo

My favorite MATLAB demonstration was the "Viewing a Penny" not only because it was pretty awesome to see Abe Lincoln's head mapped out topographically, but because I am currently in Math 103, Multi-variable Calculus, and graphing in 3D is so much more exciting than 2D. So, I'm partial to the 3D graphs.
