I play basketball and soccer and am on the Southgate intramural teams for soccer, volleyball, and basketball.

Matlab Demos
The most interesting demo I looked at was the "Changing Transparency" demo under the 3D Visualization section. I had no idea Matlab could produce three dimensional surfaces and shapes with surface lighting and transparency. This seems really useful and something that would be really interesting to apply.
