My name is Abdelkarim Moharram [pronounced abd-il-kareem], and I'm an international student from Cairo, Egypt. I'm interested in renewable energy and energy efficiency. My article is about a project to be started by General Electric called The Zero Net Energy Homes Project, where GE will try and develop a self-sustainable house by 2015, much like Duke's Smart Home.
I am also interested in Space-based technology, including but not limited to satellite power grids, space-based solar energy, and wireless power beaming.
Other than energy, I am also interested in Architecture and Real estate development.
