MATLAB Demonstration: My favorite MATLAB Demonstration was the demonstration on 3-D Plots. I never expected MATLAB to be so in depth, but when I learned all the different coloring options one could use on a 3-D Graph I was impressed. I was even more impressed when I learned it could produce contour maps, surface plots, and quiver graphs. I feel that 3-D graphing is an important feature in any advanced engineering, and that Matlab has done an impressive job of implementing it.
