About Me
Hey, I'm a student at Duke University, the best university on the planet. I do not know what I plan to major in, but I am currently in the Trinity School of Arts and Sciences and am looking to switch in the Pratt School of Engineering. Go Duke!
Name Pronunciation
I wouldn't really think that people wouldn't be able to say "Ryan Kim". I guess if I were to kind of spell it out, it would be Rye-Anne Kim. Well I don't exactly know how to simplify Kim. Oh well, it rhymes with like Tim, him, and rim. Oh wait if you pronounce my last name it in Korean, it sounds more like Geem. It kind of rhymes with team.

Favorite Demonstration
The penny demonstration was really cool, because for me it seemed like a somewhat practical use of MATLAB, although its not really like anyone needs a MATLAB image of a penny. But its cool! I especially liked the Pseudocolor plot, which almost made the penny look like a film negative. The code also seemed a lot easier than the code for doing the same thing in java. It took me days to learn how to put a simple circle in java and I think the code was longer than the MATLAB code for the penny.
