I am a freshman at Duke studying Biomedical Engineering. I was born in the United Kingdom, but my family moved to the United Arab Emirates when I was 10. My last name, Gulamhusein, sounds like "Gul-arm-hos-ayn" when pronounced correctly - if this doesn't help, just try to sound out each syllable individually and then add them together (it looks more complicated than it sounds).
