My favorite Matlab demonstration is the "Graphs and Functions" demonstration. Generating graphs seems simplified by the steps given. The Bucky function is very useful to make a geodesic dome. I would think that there would be a very complicated command to make such a detailed graph, but there were only a few months of code. The steps proceeding after the Bucky function, such as making the adjacency matrix were just like what we did in lecture with a few more steps. I find this demonstration very useful because it breaks down everything to make it seem like simple commands.
