Demonstrations in MATLAB

My favorite demonstration was the one called 'Earth's Topography'. This example showed how to make several different maps showing the altitude of the earth (different topography maps). To me it was very interesting to see how MATLAB can be used to model real life situations and to help visualize objects. I also thought the process of plotting the topography map was cool (how you print the contour map first, then use a 2D plot to display the image of the elevation colors and finally use a 3D plot to map a sphere).
