My favorite demo for Matlab was either the 2-d or 3-d graphics demo. This is because the 2-d demo was very relevant to Lab2 and answered some personal questions, and the 3-d demo was also a favorite because, as a whole, it was very interesting and showed a bit of the great power behind the tool that is Matlab.
