About Me
My name is Elizabeth Buckley, and I'm currently a freshman in Pratt. I've lived in Durham, NC for my whole life, and now I get to spend the next four years here, too. Exciting, right? Really though, I couldn't be happier at Duke. I know I'll have many great experiences here, and I can't wait to see what's in store for me.
Interests and Hobbies
I have done Irish dance for the past 11 years. It's what I love to do most, and I definitely want to join the Irish dance club here at Duke (there is one, I checked!). I also enjoy cooking, baking, and traveling.

Favorite MATLAB Demo
My favorite MATLAB demo was "Inverses of Matrices." While I had learned about matrices and their inverses before, I thought it was really interesting how they chose to represent the matrices graphically. It was interesting to see how different colors represented different numbers, and how those colors/numbers multiplied together gave a black square with a white diagonal, the graphical representation of the identity matrix.
