My name is Joshua Xu. I am from the city of Slidell, which is near New Orleans. I enjoy playing the piano and hanging out with friends. My major is BME (Biomedical Engineering) and currently am on a pre-med track. I can be found in Randolph dorm.

 My favorite demonstration is the penny demonstration. It is quite amazing that through adjusting different contours, colors, and brightness levels, realistic plots of something as complex as a face can be made. However, the penny demonstration is my favorite because it is one of the few that is not a math or science related plot. Instead, it is a graphical representation of something that is found in our everyday lives. For this reason, the penny demonstration is my favorite.
