Hello Everyone! My name is Alexis Shindhelm, and I am from Bowling Green, KY, the home of the National Corvette Museum and Plant. I am currently interested in pursuing a double major of Biomedical Engineering and Neuroscience from Duke University and aspire to become a physician or researcher someday. I enjoy singing and am a part of Duke's A Capella Choir, Something Borrowed, Something Blue.

My favorite MATLAB Demonstration was "The Sliding Puzzle" under "Other Examples" because it is a challenging but very fun game in which you must rearrange the 15 cubes into numerical order. "The Sliding Puzzle" is a game that I used to play when I was younger and had more free time to waste.
