About me

Hi my name is Kevin Wang and I am a freshman attending Duke University. I am from Portland, OR and I currently live in Randolph.

Favorite Joke

Why did the bird fall out of the tree? Because it was dead.

Why did the squirrel fall out of the tree? Because it was stapled to the bird.

Food

The freshman meal plan is a ripoff.

Hot Cheetos are the best

Other ramblings

It is way too cold in my room. It is way too hot outside

Grand Challenges

Australian scientists apply quantum mechanics to cyber security, Jake Sturmer, ABC news , Updated June 18 2013, Accessed September 4 2013 (Grand Challenge)

Quantum mechanics will change the way cyber-security works because of the property that you cannot read an ion without causing a collapse in super position.

Matlab Demonstration

My Favorite Demonstration was the Klein Bottle Demonstration. Cool physical objects like mobius strips are always really interesting and the Klein bottle appears to be a mobius strip on steroids. Maybe in the future I will be able to understand how the Klein bottle is realized.
