I think my favorite MATLAB demo would have to be "The Traveling Salesman." In high school, during my science research course, a peer of mine was looking to conduct research on complex math problems and concepts (i.e. Game Theory, Conway's Game of Life, Traveling Salesman). Every time he tried to explain the problems to the class, I was intrigued but nevertheless confused. Being able to actually visualize the problem and understand how they are actually applicable in MATLAB definitely offers some clarity to what I could never really grasp in high school. Also, I found it very cool how I could designate the number of cities and view the effects.
