Favorite MATLAB Demo

My favorite demo that MATLAB provides is the "Controlling Random Number Generation" demo found in the "Mathematics" category of the Help Navigator. The reason for this is short and simple; there is a text version of the demo as well as a video version, which I took advantage of. I read the script version first, which was very well explained, but still had a few lingering questions and uncertainties so I watched the video which cleared them all up. The fact that both formats were available for this demonstration and that it was very simple to follow was the primary reason why I chose it as my favorite.
