MATLAB Demos
The Inverse Matrices demo was probably my favorite in the practical sense. I enjoyed being able to see the random mass of data turned into a visual identity through some simple coding. I think that's a good demonstration of the power of these types of programs and the extents we can progress as engineers.
Visually, I really enjoyed the manipulation of the 3-D Plots and Earth's Topography because it showed the different ways to represent data with a variety of parameters. Also, the Cruller and Four Linked Tori just looked cool.
