MATLAB Demonstrations
My favorite MATLAB demonstration is the 3-D Drawing demo. I found it interesting that MATLAB could take any points the user wants to pick and create a 3-D vase out of them. I also liked it because it is a very interactive demonstration, unlike some of the other demos.
