Matlab Demonstration
My favorite Matlab demo was the Loma Pieta Earthquake. I thought it was very interesting to see how Matlab can be used in real world situations. The graphs are all so complex, and it is clear that being able to use a program like Matlab to create them like that with only a few lines of code would make life much easier for a lot of people.
