Favorite Demonstration
My favorite demonstration was "Viewing a Penny." Even though I am not entirely sure how to create a contour plot or pseudocolor plot, it was interesting to see the graphical capabilities of MATLAB. Hopefully, by the end of my four years here, I can create similar code to visualize a quarter.
