My favourite demonstration was the 3D Plot. I took a multivariable calculus course and one of my biggest problems was trying to visualize the shape of a multivariable function. Matlab colours the graphs making identifying max min points, vector fields. In general Matlab makes working with multivariable functions much easier.

My favourite demonstration was the 3D Plot. I took a multivariable calculus course and one of my biggest problems was trying to visualize the shape of a multivariable function. Matlab colours the graphs making identifying max min points, vector fields. In general Matlab makes working with multivariable functions much easier.
