Convert Between Image Sequences and Video
In this example of how to use matlab, the individual running the code is capable of subdividing a video into a series of images at different intervals of the video. I find that very useful for analyzing small details in videos, like collision between cars or the technique of an athlete being recorded for future feedback. I like this code because it is useful and fun.
