Demonstrations
My favorite demonstration would have to be the 3-D drawing application. I thought it was really interesting how MATLAB could take a rough sketch of a 2D figure, rotate it, smooth out the edges, and create a 3-D figure and really enjoyed plotting out the figure and seeing what the final result looked like.
