MATLAB Demonstration
I was fascinated by the "Viewing a Penny" demonstration. While I realized that there had to be some standard to minting coin currency, I had never thought of it past some "original molding". Seeing the actual measurements of a penny solidified by hard data and precise measurements made me realize the implications of MATLAB. Data from any quantitative measurements may be recorded in the form of a matrix. MATLAB provides us with the tools to "unpackage" that data into a form which we can use and understand.
