I personally like the bending truss demonstration best because first of all it's motion is more interesting than others, and it's colorful. It's also a good demonstration to look at when I am super stressed since it relaxes my brain when I stare at this simple bending motion for like 30 seconds without thinking. I also like how the lines are constructed and how the structure is conserved throughout the motion.

Matlab Demonstration

I personally like the bending truss demonstration best because first of all it's motion is more interesting than others, and it's colorful. It's also a good demonstration to look at when I am super stressed since it relaxes my brain when I stare at this simple bending motion for like 30 seconds without thinking. I also like how the lines are constructed and how the structure is conserved throughout the motion.
