My name is Samantha Manzer, but most people call me Sam. I am a freshman from Anchorage, Alaska and I am transferring into Pratt to study biomedical engineering.

This article addresses the Grand Challenge for Engineering of reverse-engineering the brain and talks about work being done by David Adler to create a map of the brain of a fruit fly in order to understand exactly how it functions.
