My favorite demonstration was the Earth's Topography Graphic Demonstration because it was so intriguing to see how a data plot could become a 3-D image. Just by inputting certain variables, you can show 3-D concepts like varying altitude and sea depth. With the sphere function, you can transform your simple code into a colored and complex 3-D image. This demonstration showed the versatility and the power or MATLAB's abilities.
