Since we will be producing, analyzing, and consuming great quantities of data not only in Engineering but in many other fields, I think it is important to be able to organize, process, and display data sets in ways that are understandable and can effectively communicate results. Some of the more interesting graphing tips were those about contour graphs and 3D graphs, because while I understand and have worked briefly with 3 variables of data, I haven't had much practice graphing or analyzing these plots, so I greatly enjoyed learning how to construct such graphs. |

MATLAB Demos:
My favorite MATLAB demonstration was the set of Graphical plotting help windows. Since we will be producing, analyzing, and consuming great quantities of data not only in Engineering but in many other fields, I think it is important to be able to organize, process, and display data sets in ways that are understandable and can effectively communicate results.
