Matlab Demonstration
I personally liked the Volume Visualization demonstration under the 3-D Visualization Tab. It seems quite complicated when trying to figure out the coding to making this work, but I find it really cool and fascinating. I believe it is similar to what iTunes does for their visualization command they offer users when listening to their playlists.
