Matlab Demo
My favorite matlab demonstration is the 3-D plot one. I like it because it shows the value and power of matlab as a program that can help us visualize data efficiently and clearly. The advantage of being able to produce such diplays with matlab, in lieu of envisioning them in 2-D space, can facilitate enormously our understanding of data in various fields of engineering and our ability to manipulate and interpret it to solve real world problems.
