SSH from SSH.com contains a shell client and a file transfer client. The former allows Windows machines to connect to other machines, while the latter allows Windows users to transfer files to and from other machines. The shell client may used in conjunction with X-Win 32 for working on programs with graphical user interfaces from the comfort of home, though most Windows users will want to use MobaXterm for that purpose.

Note that Apple users will use the terminal associated with X11 and XQuartz instead of SSH.

Also, the company that maintained this program was purchased and the new owner is not maintaining the software. Look at the file transfer clients included with WinSCP for an alternative.
