It caught my attention as we are currently visualizing and working with 3d surfaces in my Multi class. Although my macbook came with its own "grapher" application, Matlab seems to have many more options in presenting these surfaces. |

Homework 2
My favorite demonstration was the 3-D surface plots app. It seems like matlab could be a great tool to help visualize multivariable functions. It caught my attention as we are currently visualizing and working with 3d surfaces in my Multi class. Although my macbook came with its own "grapher" application, Matlab seems to have many more options in presenting these surfaces.
