My favorite MATLAB demonstration was Earth's Topography. This was because it started off with examples of things we already somewhat know how to do, like 2-D plots of outlines of countries, but slowly progressed to higher representations like full 2D plots with color, and even 3D plots with specific lighting preferences. It is interesting to see how diverse and powerful MATLAB is.

MATLAB Demonstration

My favorite MATLAB demonstration was Earth's Topography. This was because it started off with examples of things we already somewhat know how to do, like 2-D plots of outlines of countries, but slowly progressed to higher representations like full 2D plots with color, and even 3D plots with specific lighting preferences. It is interesting to see how diverse and powerful MATLAB is.
