My favorite demonstration was 'Displaying Complex Three-Dimensional Objects' simply because it looked awesome. It is probably easier to generate the object in CAD software, but I still think that it is really cool. In the demonstration, a teapot was created using patch and lighting properties. The end result was a brown, shiny teapot!
