MatLAB Help & Demonstrations:
My favorite demonstration was the Lorenz Attractor Animation because the animation on MatLAB provides a great stress relief from EGR labs (cue awkward chuckle). Actually, I found the concept of a strange attractor to be interesting, and I really want to know how it actually works or at least what the purpose behind it is.
