The demonstration that I found most intriguing was the "Viewing a Penny" script, because even though it may not be the most practical or relevant tutorial given our current lab work, it is very interesting to learn about the variety of ways that MatLab can be used -- and I can imagine that drawing with MatLab could ultimately be extremely useful.
