My favorite MATLAB demo is 3-D Plots because it shows me how to plot surfaces in MATLAB in a 3-d environment. I can use different colors or can even make contour plot of peaks, quiver and so on, which are very useful not only in MATLAB but in my math and future engineering study as well.
